Terminal Bersepadu Selatan (TBS)
Terminal Bersepadu Selatan (TBS)

The Terminal Bersepadu Selatan (TBS) is located at Bandar Tasik Selatan (BTS), approximately 10 km south of Kuala Lumpur, bypassing road congestion in the KL city centre.

The proximity of TBS to the Middle Ring Road 2 and Besraya Expressway gives easy access to Malaysia’s expressway network.

The TBS integrates with the adjacent Bandar Tasik Selatan station (BTS) rail interchange stations, forming the TBS-BTS integrated transportation hub. It was opened for service on 1 January 2011 to be the main long distance bus terminal in Kuala Lumpur.

The TBS at Bandar Tasik Selatan is a 24-hour integrated transportation hub for passengers travelling to more than 150 destinations due south, east, and northern Malaysia, as well as across the borders to Singapore and Hat Yai, Thailand.

Originally started to be the bus terminal serving southbound buses, it has taken over the East Coast-bound bus services from Hentian Putra on December 2014, and 86% of northbound bus operations from Pudu Sentral on November 2015.

As of December 2015, the terminal serves 52,000 travellers per day.

The TBS is designed from the ground up to provide the best experience to the passengers on transit.

Upholding the “airport experience” model in its daily operations, it aims to provide a clean, quiet, and cool environment for commuters to enjoy a comfortable and safe journey.
