The Satellite Building at the klia2 is located at Sector 6, upper middle wing, of the klia2 terminal. The above picture shows the position of the Satellite Building at the klia2 terminal.
The Satellite Building can be accessed after crossing the 300 metres long Skybridge. From the Satellite Building, the passengers can then go to the International Departures Piers, Pier P or Pier Q, for boarding.

The Satellite Building has 2 levels (Level 3 & Level 2) and the International Transfer waiting area for flight transfer is located at Level 2. If you plan to have a stayover between flights, the exclusive Sama-Sama Express klia2 and The Wellness Spa are available for you to relax and unwind.
After walking through the 300m long Skybridge, you will reach the level 3 of the Satellite building. A big hall featured various duty free shops await your patronage.
These duty free shops accommodate more than 200 brands and 4,000 products across fragrances & cosmetics, skincare, fashion & travel accessories, toys, confectionery, local delicacies and souvenirs categories.
The level 3 at Satellite Building is a good place for you to complete your last-minute purchase of souvenirs and gifts if you haven’t done so.
Satellite Building, Level 3
From the Departure Hall, after crossing the Skybridge, you will reach the Satellite building on the same level (Level 3).
If you want to go to the International Piers, Pier P or Pier Q, for boarding, you will need to go to Level 2.
Standing as the crowning glory in the klia2 is the Walkthrough Emporium. The central atrium will host various concourse promotions, all adding up to a “best of world” shopping experience at the klia2 terminal.

Satellite Building, Level 2
The International Piers, Pier P and Pier Q, are connected to Level 2 of the Satellite Building.
You will find more shops on this level for your shopping pleasure. The sport lounge and movie lounge are available on this level too.
The level 2 of the Satellite Building is connected to the Pier P on the left side and Pier Q on the right side for international departures.
Before walking to your gate and boarding your flight, you will be pampered with more shopping options for gifts and souvenirs at this level.

Passenger Flow to Pier P and Pier Q
The Pier P and Pier Q are connected to Satellite Building at Level 2. Pier P is located on the left wing and Pier Q is located on the right wing.
In the center, you will also find the waiting area for the International Transfer facility for flight transfer passengers.
The Satellite Building features comprehensive list of facilities and services. The customer service counter is available for you to easily get assistance if needed.
Passengers can enjoy themselves in a relaxing setting and on comfortable chairs, while patiently waiting for boarding.
International Transfer
The International Transfer Counter, for passnegers on flight transfer via klia2, is located at level 2 of the Satellite Building.
It is dedicated for passengers on schedule for International to International Transfer (Pier L / P / Q to Pier P / Q) and Domestic to International Transfer (Pier J / K to Pier P / Q).
For arriving passengers who are on a flight transfer via klia2, please observe the overhead signboards and follow the direction to the International Transfer counter for connectivity.
To board your next flight, proceed to your designated Transfer Hall to collect the boarding pass (if it wasn’t given at the point of origin), then go to the boarding gates.
The customer service counter is available at the concourse on level 2 of the Satellite building.
