The ticketing counter and the ticket vending machines are available at the concourse.
After collecting the ticket, the commuters will enter the station through the fare gates and walk down to the boarding platforms.
The boarding platform 2 is for the KLIA Transit‘s service route from this ERL station to KL Sentral ERL station, with a quick stop at Bandar Tasik Selatan ERL station.
The boarding platform 3 is for the KLIA Transit‘s service route from this ERL station to klia2 ERL station, with a quick stop at Salak Tinggi ERL station and KLIA ERL station.

Parking facility
The Putrajaya Sentral provides indoor and outdoor parking facility for commuters. This park-and-ride facility is managed by Perbadanan Putrajaya.

As normally is the case at most managed parking lots, car owners park their vehicles at their own risks.
The ERL company is not responsible for any damage to the parked vehicles or theft.
The security within and around the Putrajaya Sentral is under the jurisdiction of Perbadanan Putrajaya.
The commuters are reminded not to leave valuable items in their cars while using the parking the facilities at this premise.
The parking rate is RM2.00 from 6:00am to 12:00am and RM4.00 from 12:00am to 6:00am.

The Putrajaya & Cyberjaya ERL station comprises multimodal transports which are the KLIA Transit station, taxi centre and a bus hub (currently RapidKL bus and Nadi Putra bus hub).
There are Feeder Buses servicing the Putrajaya & Cyberjaya station.
The Nadi Putra feeder service which currently covers Putrajaya city and Cyberjaya’s Persiaran Multimedia is owned by Perbadanan Putrajaya.
