Keretapi Tanah Melayu Berhad (KTMB) has introduced the Electric Train Service (ETS) on six new routes.

Council member Mah Hang Soon and Malaysian Transport Minister Liow Tiong Lai join KTM president Sarbini Tijan as he checks out the new electric trains.
The ETS began plying the Gemas-Padang Besar, Gemas-Butterworth and Butterworth-Padang Besar routes on Saturday, it said.
KTMB said it had restructured the schedule of train services, including for the KTM Intercity and ETS, to accommodate the additional services.
The public can refer to the KTMB website at www.ktmb.com.my for more information or contact the call centre at 1-300-88-5862.
